- Orders received Monday through Thursday by 1:00 p.m. PST are usually processed the same day.
- Orders received Monday through Thursday after 1:00 p.m. PST are usually processed the next business day.
- All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. PST on Fridays are typically shipped by the close of business on Monday.

Depending on the shipping address you specify, you will only be offered shipping method options that are valid for that address type. Most packages ship UPS, since this is a traceable method. Please note that packages shipped via the U.S. Postal Service are not traceable after leaving our warehouse.

- Orders placed after 1 PM PST Monday through Thursday will be processed the next business day.
